New: Sensor Spout: Turns your tap to automaticThe sensor spout infrared sensor can be fixed easily under the outlet of a water fitting. The water starts to flow when placing your hands (or something else) under it, and stops when you pull your hands back. The sensor spout offers a cost-effective solution for all areas where hygiene is desired or required, for instance in healthcare institutions, food sector and laboratories. The unit uses 4 AAA batteries, which provide approx. 6 to 9 months of operation (dependable on usage). The sensor spout fits on almost all water fittings, also on laboratory fittings. For a fixed and save water temperature, the sensor spout can be combined with a thermostatic valve.
New:Portable pressurized safety showerAs safety concerns grow, more and more potentially dangerous working circumstances are being pointed out. In fixed working areas, water supply will normally be available for plumbed safety showers. For applications where water supply is not readily available, such as road works, outside maintenance work, working with pesticides etc., portable safety showers offer a good solution. This portable safety shower has a 15 litre water capacity, which can be pressurized with air. The drench hose can be used for rinsing the eyes and/or the body.
Change in Design: Ceramic drip-cups with polypropylene waste fittingKeraplan has changed the design of the most common ceramic drip-cups. The ceramic tail on these drip-cups is replaced by a waste fitting made of polypropylene. Advantages of this new design are: - easier to connect (1,5” BSP male thread)
- larger outlet diameter (ø 40mm instead of ø 25mm)
- no fragile, loose ceramic strainer anymorecost
- reduction, contraction sleeve is not required anymore
The price of these new drip-cups is the same as the price for the previous versions.
