Explanation webshop
In our webshop, you can order products or ask for a quotation.
After sending your e-mail, you will receive a reply by e-mail with an overview of the data you sent to us.
At short notice, you will receive a quotation or an order confirmation including all relevant information, such as your (special) conditions and terms of delivery.
We do not sell to private persons.
Standard terms and conditions:
All prices are gross each, exclusive VAT and freight surcharges, under reservation of typographical errors.
- For the product groups laboratory taps, safety showers and drainage systems: carriage by normal transport in the European Union is paid on orders over EUR 1000,00 value, carriage by normal transport in the Benelux is paid on orders over EUR 350,00 value.
- For heavy and voluminous goods (all worktops and sinks) the freight costs will be charged.
- Returns: only possible after our written permission.
- Complaints within 8 days after delivery.
- Payment: within 30 days after date of invoice, unless agreed otherwise in writing. All payments net.
All deliveries according to our general terms and conditions, as filed at the Chamber of Commerce and Producers, Holland.
Prices are subject to revision without notice.
We always specify additional (transport)costs on a quotation or order confirmation.
